Bullseye on Cancun, Cozumel as hurricane approaches

The center of Category 2 Hurricane Paula is expected to pass just to the east of Cancun this morning and slow down as it turns to the northeast.
That would take the storm on a path toward the western end of Cuba later today.
Evacuations have been ordered on a pair of islands near the Yucatan Peninsula. More than 1,800 tourists remain on Cozumel after authorities suspended all sea transportation.
City officials say 16 shelters are available on the island but none have been used.
The Cancun airport says 15 flights were canceled Tuesday and seven international flights for Wednesday will be canceled.
