Bulldogs wrestler is "Loaf 'N Jug Athlete of the Week"

The state high school wrestling tournament begins Thursday at Pepsi Center in Denver. And this week's "Loaf ‘N Jug High School Athlete of the Week" will certainly be a contender.
Congratulations to Timmy Romero from Pueblo Centennial. The Bulldogs' senior, also the Homecoming King at Centennial, is currently ranked eleventh in the state at 160 pounds in class 4A. He won his weight class at last weekend's 4A regional at the State Fair Events Center in Pueblo.
Timmy has also played football and run cross country at Centennial.
