Boy wins Bubble Wrap competition

AVA, N.Y. (AP) - Bubble Wrap is good for wrapping and popping, but a 13-year-old from central New York has shown a little more ingenuity. Lillith Bulawa has won the grand prize in the fifth annual Bubble Wrap Competition for Young Inventors. She designed a self-watering garden that sits in a box atop a raft made of Bubble Wrap.
