Boy falls from 3rd story apartment window, expected to recover well.

Colorado Springs Police and Fire Department crews responded to the Park Hill Apartments where a two year old boy had fallen from a third story apartment window. His parents were home at the time painting in another room just before the boy fell 18 feet to the ground.
The child was taken to the Children's Hospital at Memorial Hospital with what is described as a bruised lung and minor lacerations. He is expected to recover well, but was kept overnight at the hospital for precautionary measures. Police say that based on the investigation, no charged were filed as a a result of the accident.
