Body found with possible gunshot wound down town Colorado Springs

Colorado Springs Police are investigating a scene of a dead body found near 22 N. Sierra Madre just North of the El Tesoro Restaurant. Police and emergency responders are still arriving on scene so there are little details available at this time.
Unconfirmed reports say there was a gun found on scene and police are checking on any reports of shots fired in the area anytime late Saturday night or Sunday morning. Police have their Major Crimes unit responding to take over the investigation. We have a crew on scene now gathering information as it comes available.
