Body found in brief case

Our partners at 9News report that a body was found inside a brief case or container this afternoon.
Two teenagers found the body at Ruby Hill Park around 1:15. According to Police spokesman Sonny Jackson the remains were found on top of a hill near South Raritan Street and West Jewell Avenue.
One of the teenagers told 9NEWS when he got close to the container, he saw a human leg sticking out of it. He believes the body is that of a teenager.
Authorities have not released the age or sex of the body.
