Police and firefighters in Pueblo pulled a man's body from the Arkansas River Saturday afternoon.
Police think 19 year old Michael Casias drowned late last night. He was last seen fishing with his father Friday night. Police say the two became separated and friends and family started looking for him Saturday morning. His body was found around noon, in the river behind Dutch Clark Stadium.
Pueblo county coroner Jim Kramer says the cause of death for Casias appears to be drowning, but that an autopsy and toxicology tests will be conducted to know for sure.
A nearby fisherman tells News First 5 that the river is flowing hard right now and can be treacherous to cross, even where it's shallow.
