Bishop tells flood victims it's ok to cry out

MINOT, N.D. (AP) - Evangelical Lutheran Bishop Mark Narum says
he spent Sunday visiting churches in his flooded North Dakota
diocese -- not to preach, but to listen.Narum says he assured
evacuees that it was OK to cry out to Godin despair, even
as they leaned on fellow church members for prayerand the help
they'll need to recover. Evangelical Lutheran pastors Mike Johnson
and Mike Pancoast are bunking with friends in Minot after being forced
to leave theirhomes last week. They spent Saturday helping other
people evacuate. So many people have opened their homes to evacuees
that while some 11,000 people fled neighborhoods near the river,
