Many college students in Colorado will be priced right out of school, as the state allows colleges and university to raise tuition as much as they want. That's the fear of opponents of a new law signed by Gov. Bill Ritter Wednesday.
The state legislature passed the bill, pressed by college and university officials, who say they'll be strapped for cash because of budget cuts.
