Bike race comments sought

The Bureau of Land Management is asking for public comments on a proposed mountain bike race near Salida.
The race is proposed for May 20 through 22 within the Arkansas Hills Trail System, which is on land controlled by the Bureau of Land Management.
The race could attract up to 400 riders and hundreds of spectators.
Comments may be submitted by mail, email or fax.
