Big snow mountains, more blow than snow plains

A huge change in the weather pattern late saturday into sunday. Warm wind saturday before a strong cold front arrives saturday evening. Snow will begin saturday night over northern El Paso and Teller counties then spread south during the overnight hours. In Colorado Springs a Trace to 1" of snow is possible by noon sunday. Northern El Paso and Teller counties can expect 1-3" by noon sunday with gusty wind causing blowing snow and slick roads. Pueblo will only get a dusting of snow by 2pm sunday. The eastern plains will also only get a dusting. Walsenburg to Trinidad 3-6". The Sangre de Cristo and Wet mountains get 5-11" by sunday evening. Travel will be hazardous from I-25 into the mountains due to blowing snow and icy roads. Very cold air sunday with highs only in the teens and 20's with colder wind chills.
