Bel Air Lighting recalls chandeliers

Bel Air Lighting is recalling some 20,000 Portfolio and Transglobe nine-light chandeliers because of an injury impact hazard.

The Consumer Product Safety Commission says the mounting loop that holds the chandeliers to the ceiling can break causing the chandelier to fall and posing an impact injury hazard to consumers.

The chandeliers were sold at Lowe's and other department stores.

Consumers should contact Bel Air Lighting to receive a free replacement mounting ring.
