Bachmann backs waterboarding

WASHINGTON (AP) - Republican presidential candidate Michele Bachmann tells NBC the Obama administration "is allowing the ACLU to run the CIA." She says the ban on waterboarding is hampering intelligence agents who are trying to get vital information about terrorism from detainees. In a debate last night she called for waterboarding to be reinstituted.
