After the cars stopped piling up on the highways and streets, they started piling into body repair shops.
"Phones started ringing like crazy. People knocking on our door saying they were in the accident, and they'd be right over," says Rick Lujan, owner of Black & White Auto in Colorado Springs.
Lujan says his place is already busy after the hail storm that happened in August in Pueblo. He anticipates being busy until the end of the year with hail damage and these recent wrecks.
"Nothing minor at all. A lot of major damage on these cars," says Lujan.
People are also looking for rental cars while their cars are getting fixed. Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Colorado Springs had phones ringing off the hook. Most rental car places did not have too much action as of Monday afternoon, but expect business to pick up over the coming days.
