Watch for falling ice. Seriously!
The new USOC building at Tejon and Colorado in downtown Colorado Springs has a sloping roof. Apparently, architects thought it would be attractive. Also apparent--no one thought about gutters.
Now that the weekend snowfall is melting, chunks of ice are raining down of pedestrians, cars and adjacent businesses.
The sidewalk in front of the building has been barricaded so no one gets hurt; cars are being towed and some businesses closed.
