Arrest in burglary caught on IPhone cam in Denver

DENVER (AP) - Denver police say they've arrested a suspect in a home burglary caught on camera.

KUSA-TV in Denver reports that police made an arrest in the case Wednesday after someone recognized the burglar from the video shown on the air.

The burglary victim said she downloaded an app called "I-Cam" that lets sync her IPhone to her computer camera so she can check on her dog while she's away. When she checked in on Tuesday, she instead saw a man searching through her drawers, clothes and jewelry for about 12 minutes before leaving. The woman, who asked to only be identified as Claire, said he took about $500 worth of items.
