Did your child unknowingly rack up a bill buying apps or upgrades? There's a refund for that. You can now request a refund for in-app purchases made by a minor on your account.
You'll need a receipt from the purchase, using your e-mail or purchase history in itunes. Then go to Apple's support page, and e-mail that request and receipt(s). Type "refund for in-app purchases made by a minor" in the details/subject section. You should then get an email on the status of your request.
You may also want to change your settings to restrict or disable in-app purchases.
