Colorado Springs police are investigating another robbery of a Walgreens pharmacy. It was at the store at 1920 S. Chelton Road, around 10 a.m. Sunday morning.
Police say a man walked in and handed the clerk a note, saying he had a gun and asking for the drug Dilaudid - a powerful narcotic pain reliever.
No word from Colorado Springs Police on if the suspect made it out of the store with any stolen property.
The man is described as a black man, possibly between 25 and 30 years old, with a thin build and wearing a black hooded-sweatshirt. Police say he may be listening to a police radio scanner.
CSPD's robbery unit is investigating. No word if this robbery is related to recent, similar crimes in the area.
