Another hot Sunday

Expect more of the same across Colorado this afternoon with high heat being the main feature. A few isolated storms will once again pop up in the mountains during the afternoon hours, but areas from the I-25 corridor east will remain hot and dry. As dry weather persists across eastern Colorado the high heat will continue. Storm chances will increase midweek next week, but little relief from the searing heat is expected.

Colorado Springs: Mostly sunny, high 93
Pueblo: Sunny, high 101
Monument: Mostly sunny, high 90
Teller County: 20% chance for an afternoon storm, high 83
