Annie comes to News 5 from NBC 26 in Augusta, Georgia where she was a reporter and fill-in anchor. There, she covered everything from breaking news and stories of local interest to the Masters.
She traveled to Washington DC for National Police Week and covered in-depth reports on officers who lost their lives in the line of duty in the Augusta-Aiken area.
An Atlanta native, Annie interned at CNN/HLN and WSB-TV where she worked as a researcher for an investigative journalist.
Annie is an avid cook who loves to try new restaurants. She is thrilled to now call Southern Colorado home.
