"Angry Birds" activity park debuts in England

One of the most popular apps is now the inspiration for a new playground in Europe. England has erected it's first angry birds-themed playground Thursday with an elaborate jungle gym, slides and of course, angry birds. There's also the chance to buy angry birds merchandise.

The playground received good reviews from some of its first visitors. One parent said, "It's good. It's great entertainment for the kids. It's nice to see everyone enjoying themselves. It's a nice environment I've been in." Children agree the park is filled with fun, "It's got a big swing. It's the most fun place I've ever been to."

According to UK Telegraph, more Angry Birds parks are expected to launch across the UK throughout the next 12 months.

Angry Birds has been downloaded more than 700 million times and its biggest market is the US, closely followed by China.
