More Americans are getting the recommended amount of exercise each week, according to a new CDC study.
Government health experts say adults should try to get two-and-a-half hours of aerobic activity, like walking, each week, and do muscle-strengthening activities like push-ups and sit-ups.
The new study shows one in five adults meets both these recommendations.
The study also found people living here in Colorado were most likely to do both forms of activity, while people in Tennessee and West Virginia did the least exercise.
