Alleged kidnapper in court

The man accused of kidnapping a young Pueblo girl as she left school last January is in court today for a preliminary hearing on kidnapping and sexual assault charges.
At this proceeding a judge will listen to the evidence against Jose Garcia and determine if there is enough to move the case forward. Testimony is expected from at least five police officers.
The girl was able to get help at a Colorado Springs convenience store the day after she disappeared.
