Trevor Van Baker, the man facing 11 class 3 felonies for allegedly pimping a child in Colorado Springs, is back in custody at the Criminal Justice Center after violating a restraining order.
After appearing for a preliminary hearing this afternoon he was re-arrested.
Friends and family of a teenage girl say Baker violated a protection order; he was ordered to have no contact with the girl, but she disappeared with him around midnight last night. A GPS locating device on her cell phone placed her at Baker's grandparent's house. According to family sources, Baker and the girl told his grandparents they were going to Telluride.
Baker appeared in court this afternoon at 1:30 without the girl; her parents do not know her whereabouts at this time.
