FORT HOOD, TX (AP) - The all-clear sirens have sounded at Fort Hood, as a lockdown is lifted just hours after a shooting at the Texas Army post.
Four people are confirmed dead, including the alleged gunman. That man has been identified as 34-year-old Army Specialist Ivan Lopez. At least 11 other people were wounded and taken to area hospitals.
