COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) - Mitch Bruijsten scored a goal in each period Friday, leading Alaska-Anchorage to a 6-3 win over Colorado College in a Western Collegiate Hockey Association game on Friday.
Bruijsten's first goal at 17:37 of the first pulled the Seawolves (6-9-2, 3-9-1) with one goal and his second at 3:00 of the second tied it 2-2. He completed the hat trick at 3:55 of the third.
Curtis Leinweber, Austin Coldwell and Brad Gorham also had goals for UAA, which outshot Colorado College 30-29.
William Rapuzzi, Alexander Krushelnyski and Nick Dineen scored for the Tigers (8-5-0, 6-5-0). Scott Winkler had an assist to extend his scoring streak to five games.
It was Colorado College's first home loss of the season (5-1-0).
