Air tanker battling Boulder County wildfires

Two wildfires sending a plume of smoke over Boulder have prompted evacuations, the call-up an air tanker, the mobilization of dozens of firefighters and the setting of backfires.
By the numbers:
- one fire has burned 20 acres
- one fire has burned 5 acres
- 60 firefighters on the fire lines
- 1600 automated emergency calls sent for evacuations
- 1 air tanker attacking fire
No injuries have been reported.
