Air Force's Carey Named AHA Rookie of the Week

In the Atlantic Hockey Association, Air Force freshman center Ben Carey is named the Travel Team USA "Rookie of the Week" for Nov. 5th.
The Aurora, CO native scored his first career goal against Holy Cross on November 2nd in a 3-2 loss. His goal came 37 seconds into the game and gave the Falcons a 1-0 lead. The next night, he scored his second career goal and his first career short-handed goal in a 7-0 win over the Crusaders.
Next up, the Falcons (2-3-3 overall and 2-1-1 in the AHA) hit the road to play Penn State this Friday and Saturday.
