Air Force, Michigan to meet in '12

AIR FORCE ACADEMY (AP)-The Air Force football team will visit the University of Michigan in 2012.

Athletic director Hans Mueh announced the one-game agreement Friday.

The Falcons' visit on Sept. 8, 2012, will mark their second to Michigan Stadium, where they lost 24-7 in 1964.

The game could produce the biggest crowd ever to see an Air Force game. The Wolverines averaged 110,235 fans at home in 2010. The largest crowd Air Force has played in front of is 105,466 at Tennessee in 2006.

The Falcons' non-conference schedule for 2011 includes a visit to Notre Dame on Oct. 8.
