Air Force kicks off CIT Tournament Tuesday

NEW YORK (AP) - Former NCAA tournament darlings Northern Iowa and Valparaiso highlight the 24 teams selected to play in the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.

Air Force also received a bid to the CIT Tourney. The Falcons will host North Dakota Tuesday at 7:00 p.m. at Clune Arena. If Air Force wins they are expected to host a second round game either Thursday or Friday night.

The single-elimination tournament will continue through semifinals with a championship game scheduled for March 30. All games will be played at campus sites.

The other teams include: Buffalo, East Carolina, East Tennessee State, Furman, Hawaii, Idaho, Iona, Jacksonville, Marshall, Northern Arizona, Ohio, Oral Roberts, Portland, Quinnipiac, Rider, San Francisco, Santa Clara, SMU, Tennessee Tech and Western Michigan.
