Affidavits show that Connecticut police found blood on the kitchen floor of the home of a Yale University lab technician charged with murder two days before his arrest.

Police search warrant affidavits unsealed Wednesday show that the blood was found at the Middletown apartment of Raymond Clark III. The documents do not say if the blood came from Clark or murder victim Annie Le. The body of 24-year-old Le was found stuffed behind a research lab wall in September on what was supposed to be her wedding day.

The affidavits show that New Haven police searched for evidence in Clark's home, two cars that he used and numerous lockers in the laboratory building where Le was found. Police say Le was strangled, but the motive remains unclear.

Clark has not yet entered a plea.
