Since ACS began operations in Colorado Springs on July 27, the company has hired more than 500 employees and handled approximately 700,000 calls.
ACS is now looking to hire 150 people to handle more calls as volumes are expected to increase.
Positions are customer care agents, managers, supervisors and trainers.
The next training classes are scheduled for November 9 and November 16. Additional training classes will be scheduled as needed.
