Academy grabs several top rankings by US News and World Report

High school students interested in becoming aeronautical and astronautical engineers will be hard pressed to find a better program than the US Air Force Academy. US News and World Report released it's 2011 Best College Rankings for 2012 and the Academy follows only Embry-Riddle for the top spot.

High school guidance counselors gave the Academy their highest ranking and the magazine also ranks them as the third Top Public School in America.

The service academy is a part of a 3-way tie for 5th place with Cal-Poly and the US Naval Academy for having the best undergraduate engineering programs in the country. They also rank 33rd for the best liberal arts colleges and 55th for best undergraduate business programs.
