COLORADO SPRINGS - A major win for a private marijuana club in downtown Colorado Springs.
They are allowed to remain open.
Critics wanted to close the A64 club on Colorado and Wahsatch but last night, the city council denied that request.
They say it meets zoning codes and has done no harm to the community.
Patrons there can create art and music.
Members are allowed to smoke pot in the club as long as they buy it somewhere else.
