A look at Labor Day weekend weather

On friday we'll launch the Labor Day weekend with pleasant weather, mostly sunny skies and temperatures not quite as hot as the past several days. Best chance of pm thunderstorms will be over the mountains. Saturday and sunday will be hot and dry over the lower elevations with a chance of mainly high country pm thunderstorms. A weak cool front moves across the state late sunday bringing slightly cooler air monday with a few pm thunderstorms possible over the News 5 viewing area.
