Outdoor plans on Sunday will not be invaded by thunderstorms. Mostly sunny weather is expected across the area on Sunday with only an isolated storm or two popping up in the mountains. Temperatures on Sunday will be very comfortable with 70s in the Pikes Peak Region and middle 80s for the Lower Arkansas River Valley. Thunderstorms will return to the area on Monday for Monday afternoon and into Monday evening.
