9th Fort Carson soldier killed in Afghanistan

Already reeling from the deaths of 8 Fort Carson soldiers last weekend, the Mountain Post learned today that a 9th soldier has been killed in Afghanistan. SPC Kevin O. Hill, 23, a member of the 4th Engineer Battalion, 576th Mobility Augmentation Company, was killed in action when his unit was attacked by small arms and irdirect fires.
Spc. Hill was at Contingency Outpost Dehanna, Afghanistan. He was originally from Brooklyn, New York.
