Eight of the 10 Americans being held in Haiti are being allowed to come home. A judge made the ruling this afternoon.

The missionaries have been held for nearly three weeks on child kidnapping charges after being caught trying to take more than 30 children out of the country. The judge says they'll be allowed to go home without posting bail, but must agree to return to Haiti if needed
for the investigation.

The two remaining Americans are being held for further questioning.
