It's the fourth year for the Christmas party at the El Centro Del Quinto Sol Recreation Center in Pueblo, and this year they're helping more kids than they ever have before. Organizers say about 400 kids came out, and that's nearly double from last year!

Luckily, they say a lot of local groups worked to get all of the toys. For the volunteers that help out, the looks on kids' faces are all they need.

"After all the work that you do, the time and energy that you put in - even with your own family - once you see the joy on the kid's face it pretty much says it all," says Mary Baca, with the East Side Low Ride car club. They helped organize the event.

Along with the toys, and the hanging out with Santa; the kids also got a full show from a group of Native American dancers.

Recreation center volunteers say they're thrilled with all of the support they received, but hope people remember to help the center out during other parts of the year as well.
