Roughly 50 Air Force Reservists with the 302nd Airlift Wing are flying Haiti this morning (Friday) to aid in relief efforts there.
The Reservists are taking two C-130 Hercules cargo planes to an Air Force base in Puerto Rico where they will join Operation Coronet Oak launching daily missions into the Port-Au-Prince.
The crews are expected to fly immediately after their arrival. They will be running sorties consisting of four planes flying four times a day carrying various cargo and personnel as needed.
