3 year old found miles from home

Colorado Springs Police say a child has been found who is believed to be a missing toddler miles away from his home near North Hancock. Public Information Officer Sgt. Steve Noblitt says some called them to report that they had found a 3 year old child near Platte and Chelton. It's unclear how the child ended up so far away.
