Enjoy the after-Christmas sales while they last, because 2014 is expected to be more expensive.

Financial guru, Jean Chatzky says beef prices will go up even more next year because the cost of feeding cattle is increasing.

The cost of bread, wheat and wheat flour could increase by four to five percent.

Chocolate prices could soar 26 percent in the coming year because of demand.

Chatzky also warns that home prices are expected to increase by possibly three to five percent.
