Two people charged in a man's shooting death at an Aurora motel last year are due in court to enter pleas.

Twenty-seven-year-old Riley William Godfrey and 20-year-old Darrius Dayvon Turner are scheduled to enter pleas Wednesday on charges that include first-degree murder, burglary and kidnapping.

Another suspect in the slaying, 21-year-old Marquesa Lanell Johnson, is scheduled to enter a plea July 23 on the same charges.

Authorities accuse the trio in the Dec. 29 shooting death of 25-year-old Kendrick Anthony Johnson. Police say three people barged into the motel room where Johnson was staying in with a woman and shot him several times.

A judge has ruled enough evidence exists for the three suspects to go on trial.
