FORT COLLINS, Colo. (AP) - A Larimer County couple are the first to get clearance to move into the home they built to replace one destroyed by the High Park Fire.

County officials said Thursday that Donna and Ira Baker received a certificate of occupancy from the county Planning and Building Services.

The fire, which started in June, destroyed 259 houses.

County officials say building permits have been issued for 29 houses in the burn area.
