19 year old arrested in MMJ shop robbery

A 19 year old has been arrested in the robbery at a medical marijuana shop Monday. Cody James is accused of robbing the Indispensary at 3044 W. Colorado Avenue and assaulting the clerk behind the counter.
Detectives from the Robbery Unit found him today at a west side motel room.
James is charged today with Aggravated Robbery and will likely face additional charges for First Degree Assault and Offenses Relating to Marijuana (Felony).
