18 year old in hospital after being injured at Monument train tracks

An 18-year-old male is in the hospital after being discovered injured at the train tracks in Monument.
He was discovered at around 1:30 AM Saturday morning, at the tracks near Mitchell Avenue and Monument Lake, west of I-25.
Initial reports from the El Paso County Sheriff's department says he was conscious and talking, but he was rushed to the hospital. It is unclear how he was injured.
We're still waiting on information from Monument Police on his current condition.
