18 year-old beating victim dies from injuries

An 18 year-old victim, identified as Matt Maez, died on Sunday from injuries related to a beating that happened over a week ago in Pueblo.
Maez was attacked on September 5th by 28 year-old Jayson Oslund from Fowler, during a party on the east side of town near Damson and Joplin.
Matt Maez apparently had taken something from Oslund's brother's car. So Jayson Oslund and his brother went after Maez. A witness told police that they saw the suspect with a club.
A warrant is out for Jayson Oslund. Pueblo Police are still looking for him, and say charges will likely be upgraded to a murder charge.
