PARKER, Colo. (AP) - One Colorado baby was not only born on Nov. 11 but arrived at the especially lucky hour of 11:11 a.m. The timing of Cayson Childers' birth at Parker Adventist
Hospital wasn't totally by chance though. Hospital spokeswoman Rachel Robinson said Cayson's parents, Chelsea and Nathan Childers of Aurora, wanted their second child to be born on 11-11-11 and had scheduled a Cesarean section for Friday. The operation wasn't originally scheduled to start until 11:30 a.m. but, after the couple arrived at the hospital at 9:30a.m., Robinson said they decided to move it up so the baby could be delivered at 11 minutes after 11. Cayson weighed in at 7 lbs., 11 oz., the same digits recorded when his big brother, 3-year-old Corbin, was born.
