10,000 ballots not yet counted

At about 8:30 p.m. the Colorado Springs City Clerk's Office reported all the ballots in the city election had been counted. Unofficial numbers were posted on the city website showing 100 percent of the votes were tallied.
About a half hour later the city reported another 10,000 ballots had not been counted. Those are being processed now. We hope to have the complete results soon.
