    A family is asking why a repeat drunk driver is still on the roads after slamming into their 12-year-old daughter and leaving the scene. It happened on June 15th in the Falcon area long Meridian Road near Woodmen Hills Drive, a day Shayla Parsons will never forget. "They were both just screaming that she had been hit by a car," Parsons said.

    Those wishing to stand on medians in the middle of 16 intersections around Colorado Springs are banned from doing so.  Many of these people are panhandlers, while others wish to occupy the spot for political hand outs and other advertising reasons. But, more intersections are likely to be added to the banned median list within the next month the city said. "People slipping off the median, or they have dogs on the medians and the dog comes off, or they have things with them...
